Kedron Hills Cruisers

Online registration will open on Wednesday April 1st at 8am.

1. All Kedron Hills residents and members of the summer team in 2025 are welcome to register on that day.  We will send an email reminder when registration is open. 
2. Registration is done on the Swimtopia website.  Currently you are not able to complete registration on the Swimtopia App.  
3. Please register between Wednesday April 1st and Friday April 24th^. 
4. Soon after Friday Friday April 24th  we will evaluate the size of team and invite new nonresident members as space allows in the age groups. 

New non-residents that are interested in joining the team can by doing the following:

1. Visit our webpage and submit your name to the "wait list" using the contact form at the bottom of this page beginning on April 1st.  If you submit your name prior to April 1st you will unfortunatley not be placed on the wait list.

2. This season we will require that new members be referred by a Kedron Hills resident and we are going to limit one referral per Kedron Hills family.

3. After new nonresident members are placed on the wait list they will receive a google doc asking: who referred them to the team, info about each interested swimmer(s), date(s) of birth, where they attend school and the parent's availability to volunteer.  

4. Volunteering is required!!!! YES - we get asked all the time if parents have to volunteer - answer is YES!!!! We are a volunteer run team and we need family participation to make swim team a great experience for ALL!

5. Once initial registration is complete, we will evaluate what ages groups have space. Soon after April 29th we will open registration to new nonresident members.

Registration costs will remain the same as the 2025 season. After registering online you will have the choice to pay by credit card (with a transaction fee), check, Venmo or Zelle.

• Please look at your old equipment and try things on. The team will buy used suits and fins in good condition for $10. We turn around and sell them to other swimmers also for $10
• We will be at the pool Sunday May 3^th from 3-5pm & Monday May ^4th from 3-5pm.
• Families can come try on swim suits and fins at the Kedron Hills pool if you need new/used equipment.   Our used inventory is on a first come first serve basis as it comes in.   Prices for new suits and swimming fins will be posted and emailed closer to May 3rd and May 4th.

Practice Schedule

• Practices are Monday through Thursday mornings. No practice held on Fridays
• First practice is on Tuesday May 26th, 2026 and the last practice is Thursday June 25th, 2026

Volunteer Requirements

• We are a volunteer run swim team and parent participation is key to the swim meets running efficiently
• We require that each family volunteer at a minimum of 2 swim meets.  The team would love it if you did more.  
• For families with small children, we have some jobs that can be done before swim meets at home.   
• We will need more volunteers at home swim meets. A volunteer sign-up will will be available for each meet
• If you only have a guppy program swimmer, there are no volunteer requirements
