Practice Policies
- We require that every swimmer respects their coach, managers and other swimmers
- We expect that each swimmer will treat other team members with kindness and encouragement
- Swimmers should be listening to coaches at all times
- Swimming is an endurance sport so the more practices a swimmer attends the better they will be! So we encourage each swimmer to attend as many practices as they can.
- If you need to miss a practice it is so OK. There is no need to let us know.
- Many swimmers will miss some practice for other sport camps, vacation bible school, etc.... they are still eligible to swim the meets on Thursday nights.
- Please wear your swim cap to practice. We will put names on the front of swim caps to help coaches learn everyone's name. Occasionally the name on the cap will need to be rewritten.
