Please note that this meet has an earlier warm up time and start time than our regular meets.   

1. The address to the Woodcreek subdivision is 125 Woodcreek Lane Fayetteville, GA. There are tennis courts and a pool with a waterslide. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Kedron Hills pool. If you google the directions it will give you a few ways to get there. Parking is extremely limited so please adhere to the parking volunteers regarding where to park. Carpool if possible.
2. Please arrive at 5:00pm and be IN THE POOL @ 5:25pm-5:50pm for warm-ups. The swim meet will begin @ 6:00pm sharp. We anticipate a 3-3.5 hour meet.
3. Please know where Kedron Hills bullpen (staging area) is!!! Swimmers will be called to the bullpen about 5-6 events ahead of when they swim. Some swim events will be combined. Parents please bring kids to the bullpen and then go find a good spot to watch/film by the pool. Our bullpen volunteers will get kids to the start of the races. No parents at the start of races. Please bring them to the start and go find a good place to watch.
4. Heat sheets (swim meet guide) are not available at meet. Please print at home if you would like to have one. Check your email. It will be emailed about 2pm the day of the meet. 
5. Woodcreek will have three food trucks. They will be located in the back of the parking lot.
